These contest rules are specific to the above contests conducted by Entercom Buffalo, LLC d/b/a WTSS (“Station” or “WTSS”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to these specific contests, the Station’s general contest rules apply to these contests as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 500 Corporate Parkway, Suite 200, Buffalo, NY 14226 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.mystar1025.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

Each week, until further notice, from Friday to Friday, WTSS will conduct a “One Tank Getaway” Contest. Each week’s contest will be a separate contest but will each be governed by these contest rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Station reserves the right not to conduct (skip) this contest on any particular week from time to time, in its sole discretion. These rules will continue to govern these contests until either (a) Station decides to stop conducting this contest or (b) Station decides to change or alter these rules (with respect to subsequent One Tank Getaway contests only).

HOW TO ENTER:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win.

2. Each “One Tank Getaway” contest starts at 8am (EST) on Fridays and ends at 5pm (EST) on the immediately following Thursday. Entry into each One Tank Getaway contest (the “Contest”) begins at approximately 8am on Friday and ends at approximately 4:59pm the immediately following Thursday. Rewards Club must go online via the Station’s website at www.mystar1025.com during that period, click on “contests” to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the One Tank Getaway link; then either log in with your Rewards Club password or sign up as a new member (no cost), and then fill out and submit the on-line entry form completely including first and last name, city and zip code, daytime phone number, e-mail address, and answer (yes or no) if you will be listening to WTSS between 7:30am and 8:00am on the immediately following Friday.

3. Only one entry per member account per Contest will be permitted.

How to Win

4. On or about 5pm EST on Thursday during a Contest, Station will randomly select three entrants (“Semi-Finalists”) from among that Contest’s entrants and will call each Semi-Finalist to inform them they are one of three names in the drawing for following morning at 7:40am. Station will only be required to make one call to each Semi-Finalist at the number provided on their entry form. Notification may be made by message on the Finalist’s answering machine, with no responsibility for any failure of or lack of an answering machine/voicemail service. Station also reserves the right (but is not obligated) to attempt to contact a selected Semi-Finalist on more than one occasion or at more than the phone number listed but will NOT be required to contact all selected Semi-Finalists the same number of times or in the same number of ways.

5. On or about 7:10am EST on each Friday following the close of entry of each Contest, Station will randomly select one entrant from the three selected Semi-Finalist and announce his/her name and town on-air (“Finalist”). The named Finalist will then have ten (10) minutes and twenty-five (:25) seconds to personally call the Station Contest Line at (716) 644-1025 immediately following the first announcement of his/her name. If the Finalist personally calls (716) 644-1025 within that ten (10) minutes and twenty-five (:25) second deadline, he/she shall be named the grand prize winner (the “Winner”) of the Contest, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. The Winner must be the actual member who entered the Contest. Persons merely with the same name shall not be eligible to win on behalf of themselves or the named entrant.

6. The 10 minute 25 second countdown begins immediately following the first announcement of the Finalist’s name. Station reserves the right to announce the Finalist’s name no more than three times in the 10 minutes 25 second time period immediately following the initial announcement. If the Finalist does not call the designated telephone number within the 10 minute 25 second time frame immediately following the first announcement of their name, he/she will not be eligible to win any prize in this contest.

7. If an announced Finalist does not win, Station will then randomly select one of the remaining Semi-Finalists and repeat the process. If that second Finalist does not win (as described by Sections 5 & 6, above), Station will then select the last remaining Semi-Finalist Qualifier and repeat the process. If the third announced Finalist does not call back as required, the Contest will immediately end (and no prize will be awarded).

8. Only calls received to the Station Contest Line at (716) 644-1025 are eligible to win.

Prize(s)

9. Up to one (1) grand prize will be awarded in this contest. Verified winner of this contest will receive at least 1-night hotel accommodations for two people (room only, double occupancy) and at least one meal and one (1) activity in that area as specifically announced on-air for that Contest. Ground transportation and transportation to the hotel is not included. Specific restrictions regarding each such trip will be provided, if applicable, to the winner and/or announced on-air. Except to the extent that restrictions delivered to a specific winner or announced on-air for a particular Contest differ from the following, the provisions of the Station’s general contest rules will govern all prizes awarded in these contests. Specific details and values for each rand prize will be announced on-air during each Contest. NO OTHER EXPENSES, INCIDENTAL EXPENSES OR ACTIVITIES ARE PROVIDED UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ANNONCED ON-AIR AS INCLDED IN THE SPECIFIC PRIZE FOR A CONTEST.

10. Winners will be notified when contest paperwork, including travel itinerary, if applicable, is ready and available for pick up at the Station’s studio during regular business hours. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT STATION SOMETIMES DOES NOT RECEIVE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS UNTIL JUST A DAY OR SO BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE AND WILL NOTIFY WINNER AS SOON AS THE DOCUMENTS HAVE ARRIVED. IT IS THE WINNER’S SOLE ESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT HE/SHE CAN PICK UP SUCH MATERIALS, EVEN ON LAST-MINUTE NOTICE. FAILURE TO DO SO FOR ANY REASON WILL BE DEEMED FORFIETURE OF ANY PRIZE IN THIS CONTEST.

11. If the grand prize is a trip for travel on fixed dates and/or for a particular event, winners who are not available on the dates specified should not enter that particular Contest.

12. Odds of becoming a Semi-Finalist depends upon the number of entries received. Odds of a Semi-Finalist becoming a Finalist shall be no greater than 1:3.
